An easy snack to make for yourself or as a gift to someone special. These Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Almonds are so moreish. You don’t have to use dark chocolate, I was making these for Mark and dark choc is his fave. The sea salt tang would go really well with milk chocolate, oh dear I need to make some more!

This is a handy recipe to have in your repertoire for gifting something home made that doesn’t take forever to make. A word of warning though, these are addictive.

Don’t use chocolate chips to make these, as the chocolate isn’t as good. Buy a couple of bars of your favourite, or your friend’s favourite, chocolate. These chocolate covered almonds should store for up to 4 weeks in the fridge…we haven’t had any that lasted that long!
