With #jumpstart2015 enthusiasm still here, an Apple, Avocado and. Ginger smoothie to keep you going.  The ginger gives a good bit of warmth which works well with the smooth and creamy Avocado.

Ingredients
  • 3 Apples
  • 3 Kiwi Fruit
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 4 sprigs of Mint
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
Instructions
  1. Juice the apples, no need to peel.
  2. Add peeled, stoned and chopped avocado to blender
  3. Add chopped kiwi
  4. Add chunk of ginger
  5. Add mint
  6. Add apple juice
  7. Add Spirulina
  8. Blitz!
