A fruity and delicious Air Fryer Raspberry Crumble Slice
Filled with delicious seasonal Scottish raspberries this air fryer raspberry crumble slice is easy make, quick to make and, you will discover, easy to eat as well! These raspberry crumble slices are a delish addition to the usual traybake range of blondies and brownies.

Recipe for Air Fryer Raspberry Crumble Slices
Filling
two punnets of raspberries
50g sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 tablespoon cornflour
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Crumble Mix
120 oats
150 grams flour
200 grams brown sugar
170 grams butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350F/170C or gas mark 4
Mix raspberries with sugar, flour and cornflour.
Mix the oats, flour, sugar and butter together into a crumble-like mixture.
Press two thirds of the crumble mixture into the bottom of a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Arrange the raspberry layer on top of the baked bottom layer.
Sprinkle with remaining crumble.
Bake for another 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
You can serve warm with custard or as a mini crumble.
Leave to cool for a couple of hours and slice into squares for a decadent afternoon tea snack.
