Recipe for Air Fryer Raspberry Crumble Slices
An easy to make and deliciously decadent tasting raspberry crumble slice ideal for an afternoon tea

Crumble Mix

flour

grams
brown sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F/170C or gas mark 4
Mix raspberries with sugar, flour, lemon juice and cornflour.
Mix the oats, flour, sugar and butter together into a crumble-like mixture.
Press two thirds of the crumble mixture into the bottom of a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Arrange the raspberry layer on top of the baked bottom layer.
Sprinkle with remaining crumble.
Bake for another 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
