Maple syrup and rosemary caramelised oranges

Ingredients

4 medium-sized oranges
1 tablespoon maple syrup
A few sprigs of rosemary leaves
Natural yoghurt or double cream

Method

• Wash and carefully peel oranges. Create several thick rounds from the four oranges.
• Place segments in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle over the maple syrup and place a few sprigs of rosemary over the orange slices.
• In a medium oven, roast the oranges for 45 minutes depending on the thickness of the slices. Coat the slices with the juices – cook until brown and caramelised.
• Serve with a bowl of natural yoghurt or whipped double cream.

Great for sharing. (Serve onto separate plates of course). Absolutely delicious!
