Celebrate National Negroni Week with these cocktails

Cocktails for National Negroni Week

The sun shining and it's National Negroni Week!  What better way to celebrate than to whip up a cooling Negroni whilst sitting in the shade.

Here we have three gins and three very different Negroni serves

 

Jawbox Gin – Belfast’s twist on the Negroni created by Greg Buda of The Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog and Blacktail cocktail bars New York City

Add ice to a mixing glass and stir 40ml Jawbox Gin with 20ml Suze Herbal Liqueur and 20ml clear Sweet Vermouth. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a blood orange peel twist

 

Negroni with Malfy Originale Gin

Using only Italian ingredients add one part Malfy Originale Gin, one Campari and one part Italian Rosso Vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice. Stir and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a large slice of orange.

 

White Negroni with Malfy con Limone

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in two parts Malfy con Limone with one part Dolin Bianco Vermouth and one part Suze. Stir and strain into a tumbler full of ice. Garnish with a strip of lemon.
