Gin is all the rage and rightly so (If you don’t like Gin try it without the tonic as it can overpower it) Recently launched Thomas Dakin Gin holds its own against strong Campari.

A pre-dinner cocktail or a relaxer for the evening, we won’t judge!

Cocktail Recipe: Thomas Dakin Gin Negroni


  • 30 ml Thomas Dakin Gin
  • 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 30 ml Campari


  • Combine Thomas Dakin Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass
  • Add ice and stir until chilled
  • Strain into a rocks glass
  • Garnish with orange peel
