Thai Dipping Sauce

We are addicted to this Thai chilli dipping sauce known as nam jim jaew. It is sweet, sour sauce with a little spice. It’s very quick and easy to make and is superb with grilled meat and vegetables.

The photo below shows the sauce blended using a Cuisinart Spice and Nut Grinder. You can mix together with just a spoon for a more rustic sauce.

This sauce was made using the Cuisinart for a smoother sauce.

This Thai dipping sauce goes really well with Thai Roast Chicken recipe. Tear off pieces of chicken and dip into the sauce.
