The LA Group Liquid Academy featured delicious soup by Tom Lewis of Monachyle Mhor Hotel paired with Glengoyne Whisky.

Scotch Broth Events were on the spotlight stage talking about "Scottish Terroir". Learning about smells, geology and thinking of how to sell Scotland.
