Balcony Bites launched on Friday Theatre Royal, Glasgow.  Every Friday in May, you can enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at the Theatre Royal Cafe in the Balcony Foyer and access the amazing roof top terrace if the Glaswegian weather is on form!

On a clear day see over to the Campsies and the rooftops of the city while enjoying easy listening music in the background.

Balcony Bites runs between 12-2pm with a buffet, a glass of wine and live music.

Orange juice was a popular drinks choice (the house red is one to avoid 😉)

Fluffy sponges and other sweet treats as well as pasta salad, vegetables, quiche and other light dishes. However, the cake portions are small as are the plates and some hot food would be good. The staff hover about a bit too much as well so it the feeling was “you’ve had that scoop, move along”

Great views to the campsies as well as information points on what you can see.

Inside there was a chap playing a variety of tunes, some not within his skill set.
