Ottolenghi Christmas Range at Waitrose 2026

Ottolenghi Christmas range at Waitrose: mince pies, chocolate pudding and festive pantry favourites

Christmas dinner is getting an Ottolenghi twist this year, with spiced pineapple mince pies, a chocolate and clementine pudding, and an orange glaze for everything from festive ham to roast parsnips.

The new Ottolenghi Christmas range at Waitrose adds six seasonal products to the chef’s Pantry collection. It marks the first nationwide supermarket release of Ottolenghi mince pies and Christmas puddings.

Developed by Yotam Ottolenghi and the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen team, the collection brings citrus, warming spices and sharp fruit flavours to familiar Christmas dishes.

There are treats to serve straight from theOttolenghi Christmas Range at Waitrose 2026 packet, alongside jars and spice blends for those planning a little festive cooking.

What’s in the Ottolenghi Christmas range?

Spiced Mince Pies

Fancy a change from your usual mince pie? Ottolenghi’s version pairs brown butter shortcrust pastry with pineapple mincemeat, dark rum and brandy.

The filling features the new Sweet Spice blend, giving these festive favourites a different flavour profile while keeping the fruit and booze firmly in place. The suggested serving is warm with brandy butter — a good excuse to put the kettle on and take a break from the Christmas preparations.
RRP: £5.50 for four 68g mince pies.

Chocolate & Clementine Christmas Pudding

For anyone drawn to chocolate desserts at Christmas, this pudding combines Madagascan chocolate with dates, dark rum and candied clementines.

Sweet Spice adds another layer to the chocolate and citrus combination. It offers a different take on the traditional Christmas pudding, with an 800g size for the festive table.
RRP: £20 for 800g.

Valencian Orange Roasting Glaze

Roast vegetables deserve some attention too. This glaze combines Valencian orange with white miso and Aleppo chilli, bringing together citrus, savoury flavour and a little heat.

Designed to caramelise during roasting, it can be used with ham, sausages or salmon, as well as carrots and parsnips. Ottolenghi says he used a development version on his own Christmas ham last year.

RRP: £5 for 270g.

Cranberry, Apple & Pomegranate Sauce

The cranberry sauce gets a fruity update with Bramley apples, pomegranate molasses and ginger.

The molasses adds tartness to balance the sweetness, making this a potential addition to roast dinners, festive sandwiches and cheeseboards. It could also come in handy when the Christmas leftovers start filling the fridge.
RRP: £5 for 170g.

Sweet Spice

This is Ottolenghi’s take on mixed spice, combining cinnamon, cardamom, star anise and sumac.

Alongside its use in the new mince pies and pudding, the blend can be added to cakes, biscuits, roasted fruit or porridge. A sprinkle in a warm drink offers another way to try its warming spices and subtle tartness.
RRP: £4 for 45g

Orange Harissa

There’s something for the savoury side of Christmas cooking too. Orange Harissa brings a citrus twist to the spicy paste, with suggested uses including marinades for chicken or lamb, a spoonful over fish, or a stir through butter beans.

Mixing it into yoghurt would make a straightforward dip to serve alongside vegetables or a sharing platter.
RRP: £5.10 for 165g.
