Edinburgh’s Wedgwood the Restaurant is offering a six-course Christmas Day dinner at home from £90 per person, with a full vegetarian menu and delivery included.
Fancy roast turkey with all the trimmings but less time in the kitchen on Christmas Day? The Wedgwood Christmas dinner box is back for 2026, with six courses from the Edinburgh restaurant’s Canongate kitchen.
There’s a full vegetarian menu, a box for one if you’re dining solo and, on both menus, two puddings. An entirely sensible decision for Christmas Day!
Chef Paul Wedgwood first came up with the boxes during the pandemic. They’ve since become a regular fixture for the restaurant, and the 2026 menu features Scottish produce including smoked Shetland salmon and roe deer from Castle Game. The main is your choice of roast turkey, mallard breast or pressed ham hock, all with the traditional trimmings. You can choose different mains in the same box, handy if one of you has your heart set on turkey and the other fancies duck.

Sweet potato, chestnut and spinach rotolo takes centre stage on the six-course vegetarian menu. It comes with the traditional trimmings, and you still get both puddings.

Christmas dinner boxes for one, two or three
Both menus cost £90 for one person, £180 for two or £270 for three, with delivery included. The single portion gets all six courses, and you can order multiple boxes if you’re feeding a bigger table.
Wedgwood gift vouchers can be put towards your order. You can also add wine, including a Terras Gauda Albariño (£40) or Wedgwood’s Club Altanza Rioja Reserva (£50).

The kitchen prepares the dishes and sends them chilled, with step-by-step instructions for heating and plating. Serve the first cold course while the next one warms through.
Can you mix the regular and vegetarian menus in one order?
Yes. Wedgwood lets you mix the menus, so one person can have the vegetarian rotolo while another chooses turkey, mallard or ham hock.
Is there a gluten-free Christmas dinner box?
