Food suppliers announced for the next Kiltr Street Feastival

fantastic food stalls and vendors who will be joining Kiltr at the Barras Art and Design Centre on 4, 5 and 6th October!

BABU BOMBAY STREET KITCHEN: The best of Bombay’s street food brought to you by Rashna and her team: expect an explosion of Indian flavours!

SMOKEY AND THE BANDIT: A selection of smoked favourites from Smokey and the Bandit including pulled pork and ribs!

THE FINNIESTON: You will never get enough of the quality offerings from Glasgow’s most distinguished food stall from The Finnieston!

SMOAK: Smoak will thrill all meat lovers with Texan-style and slow-smoked BBQ briskets and many more!

HARAJUKU KITCHEN: Edinburgh based Harajuku Kitchen will provide an exclusive range of Japanese delights!

FIRE IN BABYLON ROOTS KITCHEN: Caribbean style barbecue and West Indian vibes will be provided by the awesome Fire in Babylon Roots Kitchen – Irie!

ROAST: Glasgow’s most renowned sandwich shop will make their debut at the Feastival but expect more variety than just excellent pieces!

SOBA: Mouthwatering Pan-Asian cuisine brought to you by Edinburgh and Glasgow based Soba kitchen

DEENEY’S: One of the hottest new pop-up street food outfits are up from London to join us with their Scottish-centric and tantalising menu!

We will also have an amazing specialist bar area with CRABBIES, Cocktails, Craft Beers, Wine, Soft Drinks and more available and DEAR GREEN COFFEE and NUCOCO CHOCOLATE will also be going us for the feast in the east!

DJ sets across the weekend will come from DAVID BARBAROSSA, ANDREW DIVINE, PRO VINYLIST KARIM, JIM HUTCHISON, CHEF DU PARTY, TELFORD, EWAN CHAMBERS, HECTORRR, HOMETOWN SOCIAL CLUB, RACKET RACKET and WE CAN STILL PICNIC!

I am Emma and with my husband Mark write Foodie Explorers, which is a food and travel website.

I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and British Guild of Travel Writers.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.    

Usually I can be found sleeping beside a cat.
