Cafe Source Too – Meet the Brewer with a twist

A bit of a change from the usual meet the brewer at Cafe Source Too. Kicking off at around 6:30pm next Wednesday (21st May). This will be the first of a monthly “meet the brewer” style night.

Each evening Cafe Source Too will showcase a different Scottish brewery and have a brewer or representative conducting a guided tour through a selection of some of their finest brews.

Included in the ticket price (£20 public/ £17 members of Hillhead Sports Club) will be a selection of Scottish style tapas dishes. Each dish will be cooked using one of the beers that we will be trying on the evening.

The Chef’s at Cafe a source Too have been experimenting with some great ideas including a beer and strawberry sorbet made using a beautifully hoppy and citrusy Joker IPA.
