A busy week

Beer sums up this week.   Organising the first Southside Beer Festival is thirsty work.  Meeting with Hippo Beers and Clockwork, having to try their wares 😉 It’s an awful existence.

However some retail therapy helped, a sad cookie was purchased but I think I’ll return for some happier food stuffs.  Can’t have a sad foodie.

Also happening this weekend is the Govan Fair (tonight is the procession check out the route) and the West End Festival Parade as well as Seafood Showcase.  If you fancy getting further out,  there is the Carmunnock Gala Day and Open Farm Sunday too.

Lots of stuff to do this weekend, so we have booked in for dinner at Hotel du Vin, we get a carafe of wine or £10 off a bottle for dining between 5:30pm and 7:00pm, so rude not to enjoy this deal.
