Brooklyn On Tour

Brooklyn Brewery came to Glasgow on Saturday with their “Brooklyn on Tour” experience visiting Barras Art and Design (BAaD).

Julie’s Kopitiam were serving Drunken Braised Pork Belly with Brooklyn Lager and Fried Mooli Bites, Smashed Cucumbers and Malaysian Lentil Curry. All delicious.

An added bonus was a masterclass within The Brooklyn Brewery tour bus.  12 of us beer lovers got to try the new orange pale ale Naranjito, as well some of the brewery’s limited-edition brews.  Beer heaven!
