Amaretti Biscuits filled with Rosemary Cream

Perfect with a coffee to relax in the afternoon. Find out more about the benefits of rosemary here.

Ingredients

3 tbps whipping or double cream

Amaretti Biscuits.

Method

Place cream in a blender. Add finely chopped rosemary leaves.

Spread rosemary cream between two small Amaretti biscuits. Use as many as required. Two per person.

Place in fridge for 10 mins to allow the cream to soften biscuits.

Serve and enjoy.
