A new four course spring menu at Martin Wishart, where he has worked with his chefs to create a menu showcasing the great Scottish produce
available at this time of the year.

This menu will be priced at
£75.00 per person for four courses. and will run from Wednesday 13th March until Friday 19th April 2024.

Available Wednesday to Friday for lunch & dinner.

I am Emma and with my husband Mark write Foodie Explorers, which is a food and travel website.

I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and British Guild of Travel Writers.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.
