Lucy Cooke (the owner) offers you foraging opportunities such as guided walks, private consultancy plus bespoke events which are organised throughout the year.

Enjoy this three-night experience foraging with Lucy, Hannah (owner of Gut Feelings) and Jules (owner of Common Ground Yoga).

Forage, Ferment, Flow offers you food and yoga in a wonderful outdoor setting, with an introduction to spring foraging, fermentation and gut workshops, a visit to the island of Iona, fermented drinks and wild cocktails.

This is a three-day experience to recharge your batteries and work on your lifestyle from the inside out. It is also the perfect opportunity to enjoy local seasonal food – with choices such as fresh fruit and yoghurt.
