The renowned chef, Marco Pierre White, recently launched his namesake gin, MR. WHITE’S GIN, a classic London Dry, through Sainsbury’s.

This smooth dry gin is available online at Thresher’s  – currently £25 +P&P at Thresher’s where you can also opt for gift-wrapping. This gin is also available in 100 top Sainsbury’s stores across the UK – recommended retail price at £32.99 for a 70cl bottle.

Despite that most English of surnames, Marco Pierre White himself has a part Italian heritage. Honouring this Italian heritage, we have a white negroni.

If you don’t have Suze, you can substitute this with Campari or Aperol.

30ml MR. WHITE’S GIN

30ml White vermouth

30ml Suze

Add all ingredients and stir with ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
