The Adamson in St Andrews have created a limited edition cocktail called The Smoking Gong to celebrate.
- 60ml Talisker
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 2 drops angostura bitter
- 1 egg white
- Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously in a Boston with ice and then shaken a second time without ice.
- Double strain the into the chilled rocks glass, with a lemon twist and cherry on a stick.
- Please the cocktail in the large glass jar and add smoke with the smoking gun.
