La Lanterna West End showcase Piedmont cuisine with Menabrea

If you love Italian cuisine there's a new menu at La Lanterna West End to try. Not only does it feature food from a particular area but also beer!

La Lanterna Menabrea piedmont menu

Head Chef Luca Conreno travelled to the Piedmont region of Italy with Menabrea, and the home of the beer,  to discover more about the flavours of the region.

Inspired by his visit, Luca has created a menu with  Menabrea beer and ingredients from the Piedmont area.

The menu includes Menabrea beer infused Sbirro cheese in the freshest ravioli around surely plus Acquerello risotto with black truffle, creamy and luxurious.
