Iced Strawberry Latte Recipe

Serves 1

Ingredients

5 hulled strawberries

2 tsp maple syrup

ice cubes

120ml milk

1 shot freshly brewed espresso coffee

Method

Put 4 strawberries, 2 tsp maple syrup and 2 tsp water in a jug and blitz until smooth.

If you want the syrup without seeds, strain through a sieve.

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour the strawberry purée into the glass.

Add the shot of espresso.

Then pour over the milk.

Top with the remaining strawberry.
