Beer isn’t something that’s normally in cocktails but we love beer (and cocktails!) and were invited to come up with some different ways of drinking Lemon T beer and thought of two cocktails, which went down well we thought you might like to try them too!
First up is Sour T, a kind of Whisky Sour.
Sour T
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon we'd ran out so used Tin Cup whiskey instead
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz Sugar syrup
- Bar spoon of orange marmalade
- 4 oz Lemon T
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake. Pour over a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
