Iced Strawberry Latte Recipe
Decadent iced strawberry latte recipe for hot summer days
Ingredients
- 5 hulled strawberries
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ice cubes
- 120 ml milk
- 1 shot freshly brewed espresso coffee
Instructions
- Put 4 strawberries, 2 tsp maple syrup and 2 tsp water in a jug and blitz until smooth.
- If you want the syrup without seeds, strain through a sieve.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the strawberry purée into the glass.
- Add the shot of espresso.
- Then pour over the milk.
- Top with the remaining strawberry.
