Chunky dark chocolate bars packed with flavours

We were asked to try out FATSO chocolate bars, and since Mark does love a bar, or two, of dark chocolate, he was willing to give these a try. It’s a hardship for the poor man, having to eat chocolate.

There are three big 150g bars in the FATSO range. As you can see below, these are chonky.

Morn’n Glory: This breakfast-inspired combination delivers a dark chocolate bar with 60% Colombian dark chocolate, filled with crunchy cornflakes with a side of toast and orange marmalade.

Home Run: FATSO’s ode to thebaseball game created by our US friends; bumper chunks of salted pretzel, whole almonds and honeycomb wrapped in 60% dark chocolate.

Nan’s Stash Does everyone’s Granny have a secret stash, I’m sure that’s why I visit my mum so much, as she has a granny stash of choccies. This one is a tribute to the sweetie stash of grannies around the world. 70% cacao is packed with crunchy peanuts, chewy toffee and buttery digestive biscuits from Nan’s secret stash.

FATSO source their cocoa from family-run Luker’s Farm in Colombia, single-origin with Fino de Aroma accreditation (just 8% of cocoa growers are awarded this globally!)

So what are they like? From the murmurings of Mark…. Good quality chocolate and big chunks of it. The flavourings could have been more pronounced however the quality of the chocolate shines through here.

Find Fatso nationwide or visit www.sofatso.com to buy online. RRP £5.95 per 150g bar.
