Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), will be hosting a series of food and wine pairing taster sessions at Côte Brasseries around the country in June. The taster sessions will take place in six UK cities.  These are Brighton, Glasgow, Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff and York.

The session is a sneak peek of what to expect from a Level One or Two WSET course and help you be more confident about your next encounter with a restaurant wine list or supermarket aisle. Practical skills, such as what to look for in a grape variety, and what wine to pair with different foods, will be covered, as well as the basics of how to taste.  Nibbles provided by Cote will also be provided matching the wines you will be tasting.

Priced at £15, tickets are available now from Billetto. Perfect for adult learners, the WSET works with wine schools across the UK to deliver its qualifications.
