Michelin Pop-Up For Glasgow
Guest Michelin chef Modesto Fabregat will be taking over Rioja this October break (Wednesday, 19th October until Friday, 21st October) to showcase classical and modern Iberian cuisine – a taste of España in the autumn.
Modesto will be at Finnieston-based eatery in collaboration with Rioja head chef, Luis Urrutiabeaskoa as they curate an eight-course tasting menu with matched wines from specialist wine importer Bruno Murciano.
The eight-course tasting menu is priced at £59pp and is available from Wednesday 19th October until Friday 21st October.
