Eat Your Way Through Sicily at Six by Nico Restaurants
Keeping true to his Italian roots, Chef Nico Simeone is bringing a taste of Sicily to Six by Nico as the latest theme is launched. No horses heads here instead memories of breath-taking landscape and food.
The new six course tasting menu includes dishes inspired by the varied Sicilian cuisine combinations Arabic, Greek, French, Spanish and North African.
Dishes include Arancini Tricolore – Spinach & Gorgonzola, Red pepper & Smoked Mozzarella, Cacio e pepe; Melanzana – Slow Cooked Aubergine, House Made Ricotta, Trapenese Pesto; Bistecca Di Tonno Seared – Tuna / puttanesca / caper and raisin purée; Pappardelle Ragu – Saffron Pappardelle, Ox Cheek Ragu, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pork Fileto di Maiale – Pork Fillet & Sausage, Orange & Pistachio Dressing, Braised Fennel.
‘Sicily’ will run from Tuesday 16th September until Sunday 28th October 2018.
