Clementine Champagne Cocktail with a kick

An innocent enough looking cocktail, however, this little one packs a punch, so beware.

Ingredients

1 Clementine, juiced
35ml Brandy
Champagne, Prosecco or your fave fizz.

Method

Put squeezed fresh clementine juice into a glass
Add the brandy.
Stir with a cocktail spoon.
Top with Prosecco.
