Bruadar Summer Cup Cocktail

Summer in a glass with Bruadar

Normally when I think of a summer cup, I think of Pimms, but this is not Pimms, however it is refreshing and easy to drink. Perfect for summer afternoons lazing in the garden, at a BBQ or picnic or just because it’s sunny.

Ingredients

35ml Bruadar Liqueur

35ml Campari/bitter liqueur

Citrusy tonic

Orange slice

Rosemary

Instructions

Build in glass

Top with tonic to taste

Garnish with a slice of orange and sprig of rosemary

I added a shed load of ice cubes as it was a hot day 🙂 Remember to drink responsibly.
