Bakery 47 Wednesday Bakes

if you would like to have bakes to your door on Wednesday evening please place your order by 7pm on Tuesday so that we can get the pizza dough on the mix through the night.    orders will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis:
sourdough pizzas: £5.00 each or 3 for £12.00
– classic: Clyde valley tomato sauce, fresh homegrown basil and torn mozzarella
– spinach and potato: sweet red onions, allotment46 spinach and sliced potatoes with creamy ricotta
– courgette: finely sliced allotment courgettes, fresh garden mint, chill flakes and mozzarella
– small white sourdough: £2.00
– small wholemeal sourdough: £2.00
– sourdough baguette: £1.00 add a tub of garlic and herb butter to create your own garlic bread baguette: £2.00
– brownie: £2.00 each or 3 for £5.00
– white chocolate bourbons – our bourbon biscuits caused so much delight this week we have decided to continue the play and create some slightly more luxury white chocolate versions this week: bag of 6 £4.00
we will be heading out on deliveries on Wednesday from 5:30pm.  If you require delivery after a certain time please let us know and we will do our best to plan our route accordingly.





I am Emma and with my husband Mark write Foodie Explorers, which is a food and travel website.

I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers and British Guild of Travel Writers.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.    

Usually I can be found sleeping beside a cat.
