Sparkle this Christmas with a Blackberry Fizz Cocktail

This sparkly festive cocktail uses Lidl’s Scottish Craft Gin Aquine, blackberries and Prosecco for a refreshing festive fizz cocktail.

Blackberry Fizz

Ingredients

25ml Gin
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
2 Blackberries
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with a single blackberry

How to make

Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and blackberries to cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and fine strain into flute.
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with a blackberry
