Product Review: The 20 cm Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri

13/11/2014 by Emma Leave a Comment

We have tried to remove ourselves from the traditional Scottish cooking method of fry everything, however there are times when you just need to use one and thankfully you can be pretty healthy about it.

We were looking for something that would cook dishes such as scrambled eggs without fuss, be easy to clean and store on our hanging pot area.

The Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri comes in three sizes, 20cm, 26cm and 30cm.  We have the 20cm pan which is an ideal size for an omelet and for making scrambled eggs for two people.

The base has a magnetised induction stove safe base for rapid heat transfer and it certainly is rapid.  I cook my scrambled eggs quickly and with this pan I don't need to use a lot of heat for this which with my electric hob meant more control when cooking.

As you can see, the eggs were easy to move around the pan without leaving too much stickiness behind.

The contents were easy to move to the plate and left very little residue which was easily wiped away with a kitchen towel.

The pan isn't dishwasher friendly, but that's not a problem as I found it easy to clean by hand.

Excellent quality of cooking, quick heating time, easy cleaning and light for easy storage.
