Following on from Portia’s Champagne Fizz with Gordon’s cocktail we have Portia’s Flat White martini cocktail with Baileys & Smirnoff No.21 Vodka.
- 45ml Baileys Original Irish Cream (0.8 units)
- 30ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka (1.1 units)
- 5ml almond syrup
- 35ml almond flavoured coffee (capsule or granulated)
- To garnish: dulce de leche, fresh mint, dark chocolate shavings
- Using a food brush, paint some dulce de leche along the inside of your glass then rub a fresh mint leaf along the rim and outside of the glass. Set to one side.
- In your shaker, add the Baileys Original Irish Cream, the Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, almond syrup and coffee, followed by ice, and shake.
- Pour into your glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings, mint leaves and serve.
