Langside Social opens on Pollokshaws Road in Glasgow’s Southside
A new entertainment, food and drink venue has opened in Glasgow’s Southside following an extensive refurbishment.
Langside Social, on Pollokshaws Road, aims to give the traditional social club a modern makeover, combining games, food, drinks and entertainment under one roof.
The venue retains some of the classic features associated with a traditional social club, including snooker and pool, while adding newer entertainment options such as digital darts and private karaoke rooms.

Antojitos brings Mexican-inspired street food to Langside Social
Food at Langside Social comes from Antojitos, the team also behind the food at Glasgow venues The 78 and Edinburgh’s Paradise Palms.
The kitchen is serving a colourful 100% plant-based and nut-free Mexican-inspired street food menu, with tacos taking centre stage.
Dishes include birria tacos, al pastor tacos, fried ch*kn tacos and tacos de canasta, alongside sharing dishes and snacks such as loaded nachos, tattie scone nachos and haggis taquitos.
Combining Mexican-inspired flavours with a few distinctly Scottish touches, the menu gives visitors plenty of options whether they are dropping in for lunch, meeting friends for drinks or settling in for an evening of games.

Food is available from midday until 9pm, seven days a week.
A new social hub for Glasgow’s Southside
Langside Social describes itself as a contemporary take on the traditional members’ club, maintaining the community feel of a local social club while opening the concept up to a wider audience.
With pool, snooker, darts, karaoke, drinks and plant-based street food all available in the same venue, the new opening adds another option for eating, drinking and entertainment around Pollokshaws Road and Glasgow’s Southside.
