Label 5 launches Bourbon Barrel – its first Single Grain Whisky – into UK market

Label 5 blended Scotch whisky introduces its first Single Grain whisky, Bourbon Barrel, to the UK market.

Distilled and matured at the brand’s grain distillery in Central Scotland and aged for over three years in first fill ex-Bourbon casks,.

Smooth and well-balanced, in keeping with Label 5’s house style, delicious flavours of vanilla and oak provide the backbone to Bourbon Barrel’s subtle fruity character.The whisky is delicious served on the rocks or as part of a cocktail, including the iconic Old Fashioned or a simple whisky and cola.

Tasting notes
Colour: chestnut brown with glints of gold
Nose: vanilla, wood, subtle fruity notes
Taste: Smooth, vanilla, hints of oak
Finish: woody notes
