At Fizz Friday, you will be guided through a total of 10 Proseccos by Prosecco DOC’s UK Brand Ambassador Neil Phillips (AKA @TheWineTipster).  The final 3 will be paired to food and everyone will be asked to judge whether it’s best with savoury or sweet food.  It’s going to be a fun and informative masterclass learning about Prosecco, Food & Wine Pairing and of course tasting some premium Prosecco – most of which retail around £15-£20.  Also, everyone attending will receive a certificate marking their attendance to this sparkling evening.

Andy Murray from The Drinks Bakery to present the Savoury Case, so we’ll be enjoying his different flavoured Drinks Bakery biscuits.  Graeme Clark from Ochil Fudge Pantry will be tempting everyone with his delicious fudge to try and persuade them that sweet food pairs best.  The audience will be the judge.
