They are passionate about sourcing and delivering the best produce with their fish direct from sustainable stocks. It’s then cooked with respect using fresh seasonal ingredients to offer an extraordinary dining experience. Expect to find some of Scotland’s best seafood on our menu – which is updated every six weeks – including locally sourced Isle of Gigha halibut, Scottish lobster and Scottish smoked salmon from Marrbury.

Executive chef and owner – Derek Marshall is committed to reducing his carbon footprint and this dedication has resulted in Gamba being the first Glasgow member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA). Derek also lends his support to Cancer Support Scotland and the Marine Conservation Society.
