There has bee a bar on this site since 1827, this building stands out from the surrounding modern buildings in the area.

It comprises of a ground floor bar and an upstairs lounge/function room.

The bar area was extremely busy when we visited. Lots of tv screens around showing sports. Usual range of beers on offer with the added offer of Tartan special and Export.

£4.30 for a pint of Belhaven Best and a soda water and lime.

Gents toilets smelled of urinal cakes (makes a change!), Ladies toilets upstairs in the lounge area.

About Emma

Has been eating and drinking for far too long. Usually found hibernating on a couch, snuggling a cat.
