On Sunday 6th July, Cardinal will welcome the team from Wilson’s in Bristol for the next installment of its Cardinal Feasts series – this time raising money for Palestine with Cardinal x Wilson’s

Tomás Gormley (chef-patron at Cardinal) and Jan Ostle (co-founder of Wilson’s) met whilst cooking at a Gaza fundraiser at Carousel in January. On 6th July, the pair will be serving a five-course menu, bringing together their own signature dishes with some favourite recipes from Palestinian cuisine at Cardinal x Wilson’s.

All profits from the evening will be donated to the Palestine Museum Scotland on Dundas Street, Edinburgh and the European Legal Support Centre, who provide legal aid for Palestinians and their advocates in Europe and the UK.

The five-course menu will be priced at £65 per person, and there will be three sittings: 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm. Bookings can be made HERE.
