New Year’s Day

Enjoy a leisurely lie-in before heading down to New Year’s Day brunch.  In the afternoon, enjoy a walk around the estate, and head back to the hotel for a special event.  The Executive Chef and his team will be doing a demonstration, creating some stunning dishes, talking you through each one and giving you the chance to sample his creations along with a champagne tasting. Christmas kicks off at Murrayshall with a Christmas Eve afternoon tea and gingerbread decorating for children with adults choosing between a festive ceramic class or a wine tasting, followed by a relaxed dinner in Cairns Restaurant.
