Here is a delicious simple fish recipe from the cookbook for you to try.

Seared Tuna Steak with Soy Sauce

Serves 2

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 x 100 g tuna steaks
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
1tbsp black sesame seeds
Soy sauce, to serve

Method

Mix the oil and lemon juice in a shallow container and add the tuna steaks. Stir to coat, then cover, refrigerate and leave to marinade for 30 minutes.

Prepare the BBQ

Sprinkle each tuna steak with salt and pepper to taste, then place on the grill over a medium heat for 4 minutes, or until char marks appear. Turn each steak over and cook for another 4 minutes.

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle the steaks with sesame seeds. Serve with a side of soy sauce. Choose a delicious accompaniment from the numerous side dish recipes included in the book.
