Date announced for unveiling of 2024 Michelin Guide

The restaurant selection for The MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2024 will be unveiled on Monday 5th February, at Manchester’s Midland Hotel.

The day will celebrate the extraordinary work of Great Britain and Ireland’s most talented chefs and hospitality professionals. The event will see the announcement of the renowned Michelin Stars, and also the Green Stars, which recognise pioneers in the field of sustainable gastronomy. A range of Special Awards, celebrating outstanding industry professionals, will also be presented on the night.

The MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2024 launch ceremony will be broadcast live via the MICHELIN Guide YouTube channel.

Immediately following the event, the new selection will be found on The MICHELIN Guide website and app.

We have a wide range of judging experience covering products, hotels and have judged, for example, for Great Taste Awards and Scottish Baker of the Year.

Along the way Mark gained WSET Level 2 in Wine and I have WSET Level 2 in Spirits as well as picking up an award with The Scotsman Food and Drink Awards.
