Ingredients

50ml Adelphi private Stock
35ml Port of Leith Oloroso Sherry
4 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice and stir.

Serve in a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with an orange twist.
