Did you know that Aberdeen’s Union Bridge is the largest single-span granite bridge in the world? (130 feet /40 metres).

The bridge was built by Thomas Fletcher and is a Category B listed building with Historic Scotland.

The sculptures are known locally as ‘Kellys Cats’ as City architect William Kelly commissioned thrm, however they wwre created by artist Sidney Boyes.
