Emma Street sign figures of Berlin
If you have visited Berlin you may have spotted the little cork figures doing yoga on top of street signs, if not you will now! These street yoga figures of Berlin are one of the things that make us love this city.
We’ve noticed these around the city and wondered what they were about. These small figures made of cork are Yogis showing off different Hatha Yoga positions.
Inspired by a London Street Artist called Slinkachu, a Berlin Yoga teacher started adding the yoga figures to street signs and the movement grew.
So when you are waiting for the traffic lights to change, remember to look up at the street sign as they are located in clusters across the city.
