Smoked Trout on Potato Scones (Tattie Scones)

We used Tobermory Fish Co Smoked Trout. and used generous amounts of it as ‘It’s Christmas!’ and we had to share with Cleo.
Make your own potato scones or buy ready-made ones from the supermarket
