Smoked Trout on Potato Scones Recipe

Scottish Blinis. Smoked trout on potato scones recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Smoked Trout
  • 1 packet of potato scones sliced into halves.
  • Dill chopped, add to your own taste
  • 100 g cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pop the potato scones into a toaster or air fryer and heat up for a couple of minutes.
  • In a bowl, add the cream cheese, chopped dill (add as much or as little as you like) and mix together.
  • Add a blob of the cream cheese and dill mixture atop each potato scone.
  • Add a generous piece of trout.
  • Ganish with fronds of dill.
