Chill out at Hot Tottie Sauna beside Loch Lomond
Hot Tottie Sauna is located at The Lifeboat House in Luss beside one of Scotland’s most iconic cold water swimming locations, Loch Lomond.

What is it like at Hot Tottie Sauna?
Arrive just before the start of your session to undress. There is a covered area with storage bins beside the sauna, put your swimming costume on before as there is no private changing area.

Change into your swimwear and walk into the sauna, washing off the sand from your feet.

Inside you can admire the view from the panoramic window looking out onto loch lomond.
Start with 15 minutes in the sauna and then have a dook in the water. Repeat throughout your session mixing sauna and wild swimming in Loch Lomond.

What do you need to bring?
Remember to arrive wearing your swimming costume as there aren’t any private changing facilities.
Bring your towel, sandals or flip flops for going into the loch and lots of water foe rehydrating.
